WHO WE ARE

One Life Church, originally called Mudgee Christian Outreach Centre, was established in 1988 by Pastors Jack and Noeline Hurditch. They were assisted by Pastors Pierre and Dale Meyer-Gleaves, who were based in Lithgow at the time.

Originally meeting in the auditorium of Cudgegong Valley Public School, and later at a rented premise within the Bridge Complex at 160 Church Street, in 1995 the church took up a lease at our current location, and two years later purchased the property we all enjoy today. A few years later the church purchased a property in Kandos that functions as an annexe church to Mudgee with regular meetings being held there throughout the month.

Over the past 20 years the church has been led by a committed team of Senior Pastors and Leaders Including Ps Greg & Teena Barnes, Ps Steve & Elizabeth McKenzie and Ps Brian & Dawn Ludlow who served over many years.

In 2017 Ps Ken & Rochelle Sauerbier transitioned into the role of Senior Pastors after both having served within the life of the church for 20 years. Over their time ministering the church has continued to see healthy growth. One Life Church is supported locally by a Mid-Western network of INC Churches that is led by Ps Greg & Teena Barnes in Orange.

One Life Church is part of International Network of Churches (INC) formerly known as Christian Outreach Centre. We are part of a movement of churches that started in Australia in 1974 and has grown to become a network of churches spanning much of the world.
